I had emailed Shinza last Tuesday about the measurements and questions as to whether my z70va would fit in a Zeroshock (Large) Sleeve. They didn't respond and I assumed they may have been on some kind of extended Veteran's Day break. Judging from the glowing reviews of the Zeroshock sleeve on this and other forums, I still felt confident and went on ahead and ordered it even though they didn't respond to my original email.
In the order, I added a note asking if they could send it by the 19th since I will be traveling at that date. I figured it wasn't going to be much of a problem since I am located in California.

So much for that idea...I check today and the order still hasn't been even processed yet.
Now that I think about it, I was foolish to purchase from a place that doesn't even have a number to reach them with (couldn't find a service number anywhere on their site).
I am pretty **** disappointed and I will try to get my money back. I expected a lot from a company like Shinza from what I read from these forums. Oh well....
just wanted to let you guys know in case any of you wanted to order from them. I don't know what's goin' on with Shinza but their service, at least from my experience, has been pretty pathetic. Buyer beware...

Hopefully, I'll change my stance on this...I'll keep you guys posted...(for those who are thinkin of purchasing a Shinza Zeroshock sleeve).

Lol i think they resent your email to them. So now they're witholding your item until their anger is satiated. They might be out of stock you know. Since so many people dropped claim on the quality of it. You wouldn't know they might be flooded with demand.I say you mail a $20 to them and see if they'll change their mind. Lol good luck with your current situation.

My shopping experience at Shinza has been, and this is probably understating it, HORRIBLE.
To pick up my story from where I left off, after I emailed them AGAIN, they responded soon after giving me excuses about how it is impossible to ship out a purchase so soon.
They failed to realize that I was pretty much pissed off (and stayed pissed off) because they exerted absolutely NO effort to respond to my initial email asking about measurements and fitting questions (which was a week ago).
Also, I noticed that they processed AND shipped the product at around 3-4am, a couple hours after my second angry email...when they spent a week of ignoring a simple question.

I'm guessing you have to really raise hell to get something done around that place--a pretty pathetic way to do business.

As for the product, I recieved and...LOL in disbelief...this thing came in a HALF OPEN box. It looked like they threw it into a box, sent it out and prayed it wouldn't fall out on the FedEx ride up. My God...I was so shocked at the shoddiness of the packaging that I started laughing.

Anyhow, I'm fairly satisfied with the product, it's really difficult to stay unbiased when looking at it cuz the purchasing experience was such a nightmare.

Safe to say...I will NEVER buy from Shinza again.
Hope this helps anyone thinkin' of purchasing from Shinza--BUYER BEWARE! Can't stress this enough.

That is sad... always the case of Good PreSales and Sales Marketing, Bad AfterSales Service...

There must be some kind of complaint center or government agency which look into this kind of bad customer service....

We customers have the power and right also...:base:
