I just use my book bag if I take my laptop to campus. -
for my Samsung X22 and ASUS EeePC, i use these bags;
(The family, the EeePC goes in the guitar case front)
(Generic laptop bag that i picked up for serious stuff like meetings, the laptop is more squashed in here than Borat in his Mankini, infact i don't think the X22 fits in here at all)
(Bag for school etc, has a nice air padded back, appears to be a brand called 'Tech Air') -
I'm using the Tom Bihn Checkpoint Flyer. Review in sig

Soviet Sunrise Notebook Prophet
-
For my M860TU:
Wenger Swissgear Hudson
A bit of a snug fit, but takes the weight of the laptop easily. -
Samsonite L35 for my dv5z, it looks very stylish
Don't feel like taking any pics so instead you can view this laptoplogic review. -
Timbuk2 Outtawhack. (pic from my NBR review)

Pacsafe M200 for my m15x. Don't have any pics so I can just link you to pacsafe's product page.
http://www.pacsafe.com/www/index.php?_room=3&_action=detail&id=83
Removable sleeve can also hold both smart bay accessories for the m15x. Great bag for that laptop -
Okay, So I have searched for a bag/case wich fits my Qosmio for long time!
Today I found one and boght it. It couldn't bee more perfect!
Here is some pictures:
So what do you think ? -
Soviet Sunrise Notebook Prophet
Now that is a snazzy looking bag, tuηay. I like how the green and the red go well together. You should buy a good shoulder pad to take some of the weight off.
-
Thanks!
The weight isin't that big deal for me but;
-
Soviet Sunrise Notebook Prophet
Very nice, and adjustable as well. You made a sweet investment, tuηay.

I got a belkin messenger back for my notebook (see sig)
The notebook fits in good and it has room for my mouse (etc.) and power brick/cord.
Its not as flaming red as the pic in rl it's more wine red, I like it. -
My portage is in my sig.
I'm also having another bag made which will be the fully laptop-specific replacement to the Valextra. Carbon endoskeleton, titanium hardware and leather outer.
And in the absence of a premium 17-inch friendly bag I like, I'm considering going fully custom for that as well. I have a design in mind - a slightly curled hard messenger case which would do double-duty as a backpack when turned 90 degrees. I'll have to hit up our CNC machines with some foam to see how practical that would be. Failing that, I might opt for a custom carbon/ti/leather 17-inch shoulder bag which can be worn across the body. -

My LowePro bag was featured in the laptop travel guide:
It will soon be another year older but I've yet to see anything more suitable for my needs. It can hold a 14" notebook, a load of other bits and pieces and there's a pocket for the paperwork on the back. It easily fits under a plane seat so the water bottle is to hand.

I don't mind lugging it around, it's become quite the conversation piece.
-
I really like this bag, it has an expandable pocket that works as a mini suitcase and is perfect for carrying around my xbox, all its accessories, and my laptop when I travel to a friends. -
Here is mine sitting in front a pair of my smelly work boots. It suits my needs just fine.

Guess I should have posted pics.
The three bags I use most. Clockwise from top: Hardigg IM2370, Axio Urban, Swaine Adeney Brigg Paternoster.
The Hardigg for harsher environments. I have several, outfitted with slightly different interiors so I don't have to keep rearranging foam. This one is arranged to fit the SZ, Z, TT and Crapbook 13.
http://www.stormcase.com/StormCaseSizes/StormiM2370.htm
The Urban is supposed to be a 17-inch backpack, but it barely accommodates the thinnest 17-incher out there as you can see and it has a few faults such as the zip of the inside-front compartment marking an MBP's soft metal if you don't do what I've done in the pic. Nevertheless, it's not a bad backpack if I don't want lots of stuff dangling from my shoulders yet not be stuck with some strap-festooned piece of tat.

The Paternoster is my general daily carry. It's a traditional document-style case with a centre laptop compartment, shown here underoccupied by a Crapbook Air. On the heavy side for a bag, but it's classy and dress-neutral.

Oh did I say I like red? -
i like the storm case.
-
I love the Swaine Adeney Brigg shop! I keep meaning to go down there to get a custom umbrella made up but then I spend my paycheck on something else. The Paternoster looks very good but it needs a few years use to bring out the character.
I've been going minimalist lately and just carrying the small Tumi Messenger in Digi Camo. I love the pattern and the bag is really well made. Perfect for a paperback and small digi cam and it's slim so it doesn't cause a ruckus on a crowded tube.

I generally stick with the incase bag, its water proof and huge and actually holds my m6500. -
(Thanks for reviving the thread)
I need to update my new lappy's bag(s) I have purchased with pic's..I'm to feisty right now though..will tomorrow or over the weekend though.

After much searching, ended up with the Timbuk2 Commute 2.0 L for my notebook.
Even then, it's still a pretty tight fit - I'd say, it's very snug even.

Extremely jealous of vogelbung
Here's my travel umbrella, not really worth what they're charging.

Don't really have a decent camera, otherwise I would take a picture of it.

Currently using the Patagonia Critical Mass

Targus CN31-10.
I do not like it at all. I think it feels cheap. It squeeks, it cringes. IMO if I was to drop it, my laptop sure would get some damage. I payed around 50 AU bucks for it, and I think thats 50 bucks too much... However, it does hold all of my accessories pretty well. I am though, looking at getting a Dell case.
