Greetings
Whats that little something you love the most between all your accessories, something that is a joy to use? It can be anything between computer table, mouse pad or audio system etc.
I start:
Atm its mechanical keyboard (recently got SteelSeries 6Gv2) — it just make me want to press those buttonz. Dont know why.
What about you?
p.s. Sometimes i just want to buy something cool, but not sure what -))

I have a firelite external hard drive Amazon.com: SmartDisk USBFLB80 FireLite 80 GB 2.5-Inch USB 2.0 Portable Hard Drive: Electronics
Fits in my pocket, (behind the pocket protector) no AC cord, very reliable and got it free -

I still like my Das Keyboard Ultimate without the key etchings, still gets a comment from every person who attempts t use my computer.

should've bought this years ago!
Amazon.com: Laptop Laidback Ergonomic Laptop Table - LAPTOPLAPTOP: Home & Kitchen -
For notebooks?
None.
In that to be useful, a notebook must be standalone for the use I put them to in a particular context.
For desktops, I'd say a 24"-30"-24", 27"-27"-27" or 30"-30" setup. -
My precious QPAD MK-80 mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX Blue swiches.
Such a delight to type on, and i almost shed a tear going back to the Clevo keyboard.
Might O-Ring mod it to decrease the clicky noises so my microphone doesent pick up on them. -
Love my Razer naga, so many buttons!!

Cyborg R.A.T 9 Gaming Mouse
Serously. It looks like Optimus Prime's left testicle.Last edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -
Definitely the LG E2441 24" external monitor I bought 6 months ago. A bit of an experiment at the time, but now I couldn't live with out it. Sucks when I go away on work trips (even though the Clevo P150HMA 95% gamut matte screen is incredible).
Now looking into getting another larger monitor. -
Good headphones. Etymotic ER-4P in-ear monitors (blocks external noise).
I love these for two reasons:
- Blocks external sound.
- Incredible level of sound clarity and detail.
When travelling around for work (airplanes, trains), the noise-blocking puts me in my own little world of music or movie-watching awesomeness. Never bothered by crying babies or airplane engine noise.
When playing games, it adds a tremendous level of immersiveness to my gaming experience. Noise-blocking means I only hear in-game sounds... never things like fan noise. The high level of clarity & detail means I hear every subtle little sound from the game.
Combined with a good sound card that supports virtualized surround sound, I can tell exactly where sounds are coming from. In a game like Left 4 Dead 2, I can tell that an (a) boomer is (b) at my 10 o'clock (c) behind a wall (d) above me. The sound gives me so much information, I might as well be wallhacking. -
My Welland ME-580J dual HDD enclosure with RAID0 and eSATA. Great for storage.
-
Logitech G700 mouse. I've been playing the Diablo 3 beta and enjoying the fact that I can key bind everything i need to do in that game with my mouse, so lounge gaming is possible!
-
Can't decide between my 40" LED LCD or my Marantz NR1402+Wharfedale Evo2-10+8" TruAudio subwoofer. Probably the sound system is my favorite though, I use it more than the screen for sure.
-
Do I have to decide between the Thermaltake HDD dock and the Logitech G9x?
Also, the DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable I got this weekend is awesome, especially after using it to have a dual-monitor setup with my laptop's display and a 42" TV -
My Nokia BH 503 stereo Bluetooth headphones - thanks to them, I'm never going back to wired headphones, unless I need high fidelity. So much freeeedom
And my Rapoo 3710 wireless mouse - it just works, it's perfectly sized and the batteries last 3 monthsbefore I need to recharge them - it was love at first sight, lol...
-
My Logitech G700. This mouse is yet another masterpiece from Logitech. I've used over 12 mice in the past 10 years and this one is my favorite so far. Not to mention, it's sensor kills everything else I've tried from those so called "Gaming Gear" manufacturers.
-
I would have to say the Sennheiser PC 360 headset. I was so excited about ordering these cans and then realized I did not have enough juice to push them to thier limits. So I had to order more stuff to do so. I was not too worried. Who does not like spending more money to get cool gear
-
usb humping dog...
makes me laugh... even on mondays... -
Logitech G500. The best mouse in the last 10 years for me.
-
My notebook sleeve, protects my baby :]
-
HP Advanced dock so I can hook up to 4 external displays and the rest of my junk at work easily
-
If I were to go that route, I'd at least want a notebook with a universal slot (see Dells removable HDD). That way I could us it to "plug in" whatever new gadget that came along and still maintain a sleek all-in-one mobile package. -

On my desktop it's definitely my R.A.T. 7 mouse. I love how customizable the thing is.
For my notebooks, I love my 1TB WD passports. The lack of a need for a power cord is awesome. -
My koss Porta Pros and my timbuktu backpack
Sent from my samsung galaxy s2 using tapatalk -
Um....Not sure what I have is cool tho, but if I have to choose, I guess it is the Breeze PRO from Arctic. It helped a lot during summer.lol
-
For this one, I have to say it would be my backpack for my M18x. It houses everything I need for transporting my gaming gear.
-
How comes I forgot to mention my connection to the world (probably because it's trouble-free)
Huawei E585, it comes first in usefulness, and then are the rest of the gadgets. Stays 24/7, makes like 700~800MB a day and doesn't drop connection (I'm on crappy EDGE, hence the lower traffic). I reboot it once in two weeks, or a month just in case. If I really push it (1,2GB a day), then it hangs.

For my notebook it would be my Razer Orochi. I dont use anything daily with my laptop other than the laptop itself and a mouse so the Orochi wins by default
Its nice to have a wireless mouse that feels nice and no usb dongle to mess with.
For my desktop for sure its my NuForce HDP - its my headphone amp & pre-amp (and dac) I just plug my headphones in when I need to be quiet or use voice communication and soon as I pull my headphones out the sound goes to my speaker system instead and I can control the volume directly from the HDP so I never mess with my amplifier across the room or any remotes. -
Right now for my laptop it would just be my Anywhere Mouse MX. Over all the Mice I own that is the one I have been using since I purchased it several months ago.
-
did I say corsair headset? forget what I said because now I'm enjoying assigning the macro keys in the logitech G700! I feel I'm going to dominate league of legends with this thing! oh yeah I love this mouse! razer mamba can go straight to hell!
-
I'm really enjoying my Logitech k750 wireless keyboard that runs on solar power.
Renewable energy FTW! -
Originally it was my Logitech Performance mouse because of the tiny transmitter. Its been my laptop ever since I bought it. Revolutionary
Last week I finally was able to afford some new headphone and chose these:
-
HopelesslyFaithful Notebook Virtuoso
a keyboard and mouse....and a screen
But i bet someone has already said this belligerent response
without those I can't use my computer= most useful...granted I would do everything by keyboard but we all know that blows...can you say tab tab tab tab..... -
This just came in the mail. How much speed can I expect to get out of this with my puny express card adapter? -
So freakin' comfortable for me to use whenever I'm at the desk. When I'm out and about, I use the M515 instead:
-
After much deliberation:
Air duster.
Why it's useful: Keeps my notebooks running well.
Why it's cool: Discharge it for long enough and it's cool enough to freeze to your hands -

Single coolest and most useful accessory you got.
