I got a 20-inch neoprene sleeve for my 17-inch Lenovo a while back from Staples. What I did was I brought the computer into the store and asked a representative if I could try them out before I bought it so I knew it would fit. The ones I tried out had packaging that just slid off, so I tried a few, found one that I like, stuck my laptop inside it and carried the packaging to the front desk where the clerk scanned it for me.

    What RTWinter wrote.

Alternatively you could try contacting a fabric store and perhaps they will or know someone who will (a staff member perhaps) make one for you to the specifications you need.
