I'm looking for a non-bulky slim and light notebook case for my Acer 8104 (whenever it arrives ). I don't need to have a pouch for the adapter but I would like it to hold a legal size folder.

    Thanks!

Check out the impact sleeve from www.sumdex.com

www.spireusa.com also makes nice sleeves, though less protective.

Brian: thanks for the sleeve links. It appears that they do not have any other pockets. Is this correct? If so I'm looking for a sleeve that has some added pockets. Is such a thing out there?

Probably, but not many. You might consider getting a backpack or other more robust case.
