If you're talking about a gaming mouse, you're going to be hard pressed to find anything for that cheap. The two most budget-friendly models off the top of my head are the Logitech G400 and the Razer DeathAdder. They're both 5-button wired mice with top-notch optical sensors and 3,600/3,500 DPI respectively, and can be found on Amazon for around $45.

The M510 seems nice but I'm not a gamer. Don't order from Best Buy though, 4 days and it's yet to be shipped but I can't cancel :/

If you want a gaming mouse, get a Logitech MX518 or G300.

If you want a non-gaming wireless mouse for general use and productivity, get a Logitech M705 Marathon Mouse. That mouse lasts pretty much forever on a pair of AA batteries.
