    I'm try to find a way to connect my Sony Vaio VGN-N250E to my XBOX 360 to I can play on my down time at work is there any way I can do this???? Someone please help!!!

    From looking into this it looks like you will need a USB Video adapter with a video in plug.
    Something like this like this should work.

    You can find them for cheaper on Ebay. Officially it looks like they only support XP but it looks like some people have got it to work with Vista as well.

    You can do that, but it will not be optimal and will lag a bit.
