    Hey guys,

I'm planning on getting a desktop replacement notebook with monitor, keyboard, and a good set of speakers/sound system in the next month or so. While browsing around looking for some good speakers I had a cool idea: getting some LED lights and sync'ing them to the bass! Buut, maybe I'm using the wrong keywords but the only info on the topic I've found is a video where a guy puts two LED lights on top of his speakers which then flash; while its the basic principle of my idea I was thinking of something more cool (think two lamps looking something like this Pablo - Elise Lamp with colored LED lights in them on each side of my desk).

So my question is twofold: first of all is there a market for this stuff, as in does someone make a product resembling my proposed idea? links would be appreciated. Second, would it be particularly hard/expensive for me to do this myself if I can't buy a ready product? I'm not exactly a technology guru, but my proposal doesnt seem particularly high tech..
