I've never seen that before... looking through the list of suggestions, I particularly like 'money'. As a college student, I rarely carry cash because my student ID has an account attatched to it I can use for alot of things. But it might be useful to keep $20 in my laptop, since it's always with me...

Come to think of it, that would have come in handy yesterday, when I was almost arrested for hopping a turnstyle for a train. I had good reasons - I promise! I already have a card paying for the month's worth of rides; I tried collecting money for a few minutes ($0.65 after about 12 people), and I didn't have any cash to buy a token, since I always give my spare cash to people who strike me as being in dire straits (the state of being - not the band ... I'd ive them money, too, though). This served to reinforce the lesson I learned as a Tiger Scout: Always keep an emergency stash of money, on top of what you plan to use. This money is actually to be kept for use in an emergency.

    Any other uses?

I don't know if CompUSA ships to Canada, but this might be worth a shot: They have free shipping for - I think - the next day or so, with no minimum purchase. Enter the coupon code BRFREE.

humm... just seems to me that why would you bother going to such lengths to hide you cash when if somebody decides to rob you they will most likley just swipe you lappy! it would be worth far more than then however much you could stash in the pc card stash.

what else could you fit in there other than cash
