Using those speakers on the notebooks are pretty weak, I'm probrably guessing most of you guys use external Stationary speakers at home right?

Which ones do you guys have?

I just placed an order for the Logitech x-530, which fits my budget, it's a 5.1 system under $70(Which was my budget..). After reading alot of positive reviews, I finally ordered one!

It'll come soon, I can't wait to play around with it :D

What speakers do you guys use?

I have a set of Creature II's. They're great and look nice too.

Harman Kardon HKTS 14 system via a USB 2.0 Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX. I'm an audio nut and I like my bass.

I just purchased a logitech 5.1 speaker set and a new laptop that i'm pretty sure doesnt have a 5.1 soundcard. I am just curious will these speakers still plug into the laptop even if they dont sound as good as the true 5.1 experience
