What a ripoff! Dear SteelSeries, when i click on "Specifications" i want to see the hardware that is actually in the headset. Not you marketing drivel. Thanks

Licensed products are generally not worth it, just fluff and logos.

Also what do you mean "our" web shop are you a representative of Steelseries?

that mic arm looks insanely tiny, just asking to be bent or broken

I know some people would argue minimalism, but considering how ostentatious the whole thing is, that doesn't make much sense.

I am a hardcore Diablo fan too... :(

I got the Steelseries Siberia v2 , the mic almost same as current build , it works perfectly , I'd say its not easy to break , I use the mic almost everyday. I like about this headset because of the led and the headset's look to fit my alienware. Maybe I'm wrong with the Diablo Headset build , will let you know when mine is arrive.

Steelseries microphones tend to be really clear in my opinion (with mic boom switched off of course). Can't vouch for audio quality though since I had the Steelseries 5Hv2 before.

Steelseries 5Hv2 is same as Alienware TactX , I'm agree with you , those 2 audio quality is not good at all , I had em and refunded.

I just brought it , the hardware plastic of d3 has (matte like) , the Steelseries Siberia v2 was glossary. D3's hardware is not much different then Siberia v2 , just the led looks cooler when glow in dark. The sound system is awesome compare to Siberia v2 , I'm not sure if its 5.1 or 7.1 , it only says stereo.

For the d3 software , its only have 5 equalizer setting , means its good for beginner , nothing else you can tweak other then 5 equalizer setting , but Siberia v2 has more option to play , I'd say the d3 headset is play n play it will auto detect your gaming sound and play with the best performance sound.
