I would be really suspicious. The price is too good to be true, I think it is a mistake.

You may be. Here's the thing about printers: every company sells them at a loss. Why? Because they expect to recoup the costs through ink sales. The price you'll pay for a printer up front is just a tiny fraction of its total cost over its lifetime. So before you buy, check the price of ink cartridges. ;) Also, check reviews on reliability and key specs such as picture quality and ppm (pages per minute). If you're serious about printing (and I don't know why you wouldn't be), then you owe it to yourself to get a decent model.

In short, I find the lack of a product picture suspicious. The price really isn't, though.

    Good luck. :p

The website isn't new (not a fly-by-night type of place). There is no rating on resellerratings.com though. If you do purchase, be sure to review their return policy and/customer service FAQ's. :)

 They charge for phone calls to them, regarding customer service etc?
    Do they have e-mail communication?

    I agree.

Inkjets are really hopeless for printing text documents in terms of economy. The ink price per page printed is outrageous.

Document printing should be done with laser printers. Inkjets are for photo printing.

If they charge for support like that, I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from them. A reputable company doesn't do that.

I decided against it. The reviews are really bad for that website. Wrong wires sent with equipment and lots of hidden charges.

    Thanks guys.
