I just got the razer orochi gaming mouse for my alienware m11x and am loving it but i am now realizing im going to need a mousepad. Was wondering if anyone could suggest a hard, fairly portable mousepad i could look into

Thought i should add - im looking for a hard mat because i usually use the laptop on places like my bed on which obviously a soft mat wouldn't work

    Thanks

I pair my Orochi with the Razer Vespula. It's a hard plastic mouse pad with two surfaces; a slick Speed side for ultra-smooth motion (my preferred side) and a slightly textured Control side for more precise smaller movements, which I generally use for photo editing. It fits into my backpack easily enough right next to my netbook, and it's very lightweight. It also comes with a removable gel wristpad for when you're using it at a desk or other more stationary setup.

did your M11x not come with a mousepad? the one that came with my M15x seems pretty hard.

SteelSeries has the best mouse pads IMHO. check out their site.
