I just ordered a HP DV6T laptop which has a 16" screen... The laptop itself is 14.9" wide and 10.2" deep... Are there any Swiss Gear / Wenger cases designed for this size laptop? I do not want a backpack, I do not want a slim case, and I do not want a rolling case...

The result which I have come back with would be the Yukon case, although it is designed for a 17" laptop... Would this be my best bet? Anyone here have this case?

I have this laptop case for my 15.4" T500 and it fits in the main compartment with the divider and accessory zip pouch in place. I believe you could fit a 16" laptop in there but you'd probably have to remove the divider and pouch.

In the worst case that I have to move the pouch, is there another place where I will be able to store the power pack/cable?

The front zip compartment is more than large enough to hold all your accessories. I always put the AC adapter in there.

The three velcro flap pockets inside the main compartment can also hold a few things as well.

Well, I ended up changing my mind and bought a Wenger Legacy case instead... The more I thought about having a "clamshell" type case, the more I realized how I would not like it for everyday use...
