Holy H-scroll batman! Could you please resize the pic to something like 800x600 and repost it?

Not to sound obtuse, but were their any instruction booklets included with the backpack? They might explain how to use the port or make it work with various headphones.

Wenger / Swissgear is very nice high quality stuff - I'd be quite surprised if they sold this product and it didn't work with most headphones.

There isn't any instruction booklet come with it. What I am suspecting is that the headphone port is too far inside the thing. I am not sure it this is a defected backpack, so I hope someone who owns this backpack can confirm this for me.

looks like its a recessed jack simular to the iPhone. You will need to find a headphone with an extremely thin jacket in order to fit or you may need to get an adapter extension

You will need to find a plug like whats on the right

this ones a lil too long but u will need something like this

You may want to try find an extension that is right angle. Straight extensions will ultimately cause connection probs by expanding the internal contacts over time

Oooo... I was just looking at this model of backpack on Amazon, but I was put off by the user reviews...

What model of laptop are you using it with? Will it be sufficient for a Dell 17" Widescreen Inspiron 9200?

My Targus is getting a bit worn out, and I need something strong with lots of pockets.

    Thanks
