    Just bought T61: 8300/3G/160G 7200/WXGA/Wireless AGN/Bluetooth/nVidia 140s

Contemplating purchase of wireless mouse and keyboard. My question is what comm layer (wireless usb vs. bluetooth) is the best option for:

    1) responsiveness/latency
    2) battery life (AA,AAA)
    3) battery life (T61 when running on battery)
    4) cost
    5) flexibility across my other machines (when not being used for my laptop)
    6) future proofing

I'm only interested in opinion related to the comm layer - I'm already sold on the Lenovo products. Not looking for a ton of commentary on other brand names of mice.

Greatly appreciate any serious responses. Love this site...
