Anyone on NBR have any experiences with the 19" (16:9) sharp from either bestbuy/cirucuit city's site? I want a tv that is true 16:9 with hdmi. 720P is sufficient.

    Sharp 19"

I want to know if its weird to pair it with a 16:10 22" monitor? I don't really need them to be the same size and would prefer the monitor to be bigger.

I am looking into getting the E228WFP (dell's 22") to set up a dual monitor setup. Unless you guys have any better suggestion/deal?

Lastly, anyone here know the difference between hdmi 1.1-1.3? I heard dell uses 1.2 or earlier for the m1330. Off to googling  .

It is a bit pricer than the monitors you have described but for 200 bucks more how about the Westinghouse lvm 37w3se. It does not have a tuner but it has 1080p goodness with every connection you could wish for. It is considered the best bang for your buck over at the hard forums and avs forums and it is one hell of a monitor for video and text even.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do own a 2408WFP (no HDMI) which I am planning to sell to have a set dedicated for games (console)/movies and computing. I love how the 2408WFP does not overscan in every input but the high resolution does make it pretty blurry (but playable) to play on. Which is why i am opting for two set within a budget of 700. I know I am stetching it but I do not see myself playing/watching anything 1080p at the moment unless its on a computer.
