I'm planning to buy tv tuner for my laptop. it's HP Express card tuner. It has NTSC, ATSC and QAM. Does it mean that it won't work in a country with PAL system? what happen if I try to use it? It won't pick up any tv signal or just displays incorrectly?

    thank a million.. :)

Yeah, I checked the spec, it only says NTSC, ATSC and QAM. I emailed the store they said that it does not support PAL.
