Only if you have a top to go with it? :p

I had a small table like that and nearly knocked it over the first day. Now I choose to put my laptop of something with a lot more girth.

You know something, I've never actually used a laptop on my lap. Since my minimum use time is 2 hours, even if it weren't for the heat, its just not a long term position for comfort and/or typing accuracy.

Maybe you have to have the right frame, but I've never understood how people do it.

I have a fairly reclined chair with a foot-stool.. It makes for a great angle.

Yeah, the first one doesn't look big enough to take the M18x, and I don't think I'd trust the second one tilted at an angle with that on it.

The m18x should be close in weight?

I have a lap tray that was like $10 at Walmart that is made for eating but works great for laptops. It has a cushion on it so you can sit it on your lap or in your bed no matter.

Looks just like this one pretty much

I also have a laptop "cart" that was on sale from office depot that is ideal for say sitting on the couch because the way its made it will roll under the couch and you can adjust the height of the tray to be right above your lap.

    Realspace Height Adjustable Mobile Laptop Cart 33 14 H x 23 58 W x 15 34 D BlackSilver by Office Depot

The first would probably be best for bed use.

If your big money then this thing looks to be king.

Both of mine together only cost me like $30 so I am a value shopper.
