I've had VOIP for 4 years now and loved it til my company upgraded their system and I could no longer fax from my VOIP line.

So today I was shopping for another service. Vonnage told me that when I traveled, I could just take their adaptor and plug it into my notebook's USB adapter port and voila: free phone calls.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has tried this and if it really works. Vonnage said it just required hi speed for the computer and I assume most wireless would be hi speed......

    What do you think?

    THANKS!
