I just picked this up today. I think we may have a new winner in the compact, bluetooth mouse category. Previous to this I was using my trustly old Logitech mx310 because I couldn't stand the lag on my Logitech v270. I have used the Revolution and v450 and wasn't too impressed by either.

let me say i am extremely picky about my mouse. i do lots of CAD/CAM/3D design work and i need my mouse to be dead accurate even though i do most of my work on a desktop with a wired mx510.

this little mouse is awesome. it was a breeze to set up and tracks the best out of any wireless mouse i have used. being able to switch from 800 to 1600 dpi is a plus. i usually leave it at 1600dpi and turn down the mouse speed a bit. tracking seems exceptionally smooth, the best out of any bluetooth mouse i've used. that's the thing with bluetooth mice, i've tried them all but ended up using my old wired mx310 because none of the ones i've tried were accurate enough. this one seems as accurate and smooth as my mx310. very impressive.

the mouse lacks features most people seem to want. for me, a three button mouse with a scroll is all i need. anything more and it gets in the way of my work. i hate extra buttons that i accidentally hit causing me to mess up a drawing. i hate scroll wheels that move side to side because i also accidentally hit them when i don't want to, especially in AutoCad or Rhino where the middle mouse button is used quite a bit. this mouse has two buttons, scroll wheel/button, no wires --> perfect.

mouse comes with a bag, rechargeable batteries, and a usb cable for charging the batteries. i like the fact i won't have to buy batteries for this thing. you can still work with the usb charging cable plugged in.

highly recommend this mouse. it's about the ugliest mouse i've ever used but it works so well i think it's worth it.

this is by far the most accurate bluetooth mouse i've used. i wonder why it isn't more popular. while doing some fine detailed work in Illustrator and it performed as well as a wired mouse.

Wow, the bluetooth laser mouse looks nice. Many vendors (HP, Toshiba, Acer) offer the Targus bluetooth mini mouse, which I got with my notebook and haven't been especially impressed. It Is accurate but feels cheap and has issues with the batteries becoming dislodged. Glad to hear the new laser mouse seems to be better. Just make sure you know which one you're ordering as the names and descriptions are very similar.

Edit: I just read that the new mouse also comes with rechargeable batteries and a cable. I may have to order this mouse. The mini mouse goes through AAA batteries like crazy. Oh, well.
