This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is the Targus HeatDefense bad for laptops that take in air from the bottom? It seems that blocking the intake vents can result in some sort of damage to the laptop.

    Its FAR at Frys btw. I ordered online and picked it up in store for 20 + tax (in store price is 24.99 + tax). It has $20 mail in rebate.
