    I need to know what are the essential accesories i need when buying a laptop

    Laptop: Acer TravelMate 8204 @PM = 2420$
    and i also have this Laptop bag ( http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=17690 )
    But now im just looking for a skinny Notebook Case with 1-2 copartments..
    also getting a corded optical mouse.

    wondering if i need anything else that is essential?

    For me, when I go out casually, pretty much the laptop + ShaggyMac Screen protector + cordless mouse + power cable is all I need.

    As for the bag, you should look around for what type you need, messenger, backpack, etc.
