I'm looking for the best webcam I can buy for under $100 dollars. When I say best, I mean the smoothest motion, clearest image, and most correct contrast/color.

I want to feel like I'm really talking to the person!

My specs are in my sig.

    Thanks

If I were you I would check out what Logitech has to offer. :)

For under $100 I would try to go with a 1.3 MP webcam, and see if you can get the best out of that category. Although 2.0 MP webcams are also available they cost more, and although they have a better resolution image, unless you have a faster internet connection it won't be as smooth (not as many fps).

So if you do have a fast connection and can find one, go with 2.0 MP, otherwise 1.3 MP. :)
