I have read the reviews wherever I could find them, but I was looking for some day to day user input.
The commute has the padded rubber bottom, and a padded back, there is the difference in the clip on shoulder strap, and it looks a little smaller inside.
The Laptop Messenger has a sturdier sewn on strap, no padding on back, less outside pockets.
Anything else before I order one of the two, unfortunately I do not have anyplace I could go make a comparison except for the website. Thanks...K
