Right now, I see 5 of them:
Dell Bluetooth Mouse
Microsoft Presenter 8000 for Bluetooth
Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth
Logitech MX900
Logitech MX1000 for Bluetooth (from MX5000 bundle)
Anyone know enough to compare wake up times, accuracy, battery life, etc?

Don't forget Logitech V470. That's an excellent BT mouse I've heard.
-
Is there any place that sells the Logitech MX1000 separately anymore? (no bundle)

I haven't found it new yet, only found it used. This seems to be the perfect full size bluetooth mouse too. -

Is there a good bluetooth mouse between $20-$30?

The Dell BT Mouse is not good. It has a tendency to miss signals. Also, when the machine goes out of standby, it cannot detect the mouse, forcing a reboot. Maybe this happens to all BT mice.
I still prefer a wired mouse. -
Yeah...about that...before I invest in a Bluetooth mouse, I want to know whether it's a known case where standby modes kill Bluetooth connections so easily.
-
i saw one by targus on compusa.com that do not need to recharge the batery, it automaticaly recharges when you use it, this is the best BT mouse in my opinion!

I have a Logitech V270. It's awesome! It's not too flashy. It's not one of those super tiny ones either, and it's not a brick. It comes with a little neoprene zipper case that the perfect size for the mouse. I love that it only takes two AA batteries. It seemed like it was forever before I had to replace them.

I'm mainly looking for bluetooth mice with programmable buttons, that why I have not mentioned the standard 3-button mice.

SkylineGTR is the size of the v270 similar to this ?

I have that for a desktop mouse and was wondering if it was around the same size, I cant stand small mice. -
I have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth mouse. Works like a charm with my Dell's built-in Bluetooth, even after suspend/resume. Takes maybe a second to 'wake up' once its not been used for a while. Rechargeable 2100mAh NiMH batteries last about 2 weeks, much of which, probably is related to self-discharging of the batteries themselves.
You can buy 'em for ~$25-$30. Got mine as part of a kit with a MS BT keyboard for $50.

The Mogo bluetooth mouse is unique
-
It is unique...but it is ergonomic horror!
I will stick to my blue Logitech V470, IMO best BT mice for notebook!
Just pair it at first time and it will be ready to use for all the time.
Also it uses AA batteries which can give you longer time than AAA batteries most of notebook mouses use.
V470 is a much better upgrade of V270. It's easier to connect with my built-in bluetooth receiver compared with V270.
You can also make it work without installing the logitech software.

GE Wired Optical Mouse is regular-sized wired PS2 mouse, so it can't be used with notebook.
Logitech V270 is smaller, but it's not so good as V470, by the same price.
I tried them bouth and I choose V470.
And I paid it less than 10 USD, don't ask me how!Last edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -
@ Nightfallspy - V270 is small mice, like most of notebook mice are, so better choice for you is Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth or Logitech MX900 Bluetooth Optical Mouse...
-
Those two mice I cant find anywhere, how is the v270 compared to the v470 in size, I dont have huge hands but I don't like tiny things the only reason Id rather the v270 is because I can buy it directly with my vostro.

What about the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000?
It's big and obviously made for desktop work, and that's just what I'm looking for. -
I was tempted to get the Mogo or similar, but will it work with a Dell 1330? I think a 1330 doesn't have the regular PC Card slot that this needs, correct?
-
Not a lot of mention of MX1000 BT's performance... Anyone care to share how it performs? Its wireless counter part is an excellent mouse, so what can we expect from the BT version?
