    Travel Mice

    I like to travel rather light. Also many of these modern gaming mice are huge, and have parts that could easily fall off and get lost when travelling.

    What are your favorite mice when travelling? Not too small, wireless maybe, but with a wired option. Preferably rechargeable batteries, that charge when plugged in.

    I use the Logitech M187 for travelling but you may consider it too small (but one adjusts to the size very quickly). It runs for months on a single AAA battery.

    You won't find a single mouse that satisfies all your criteria. I would suggest getting something like a Logitech M705 that is wireless, but the battery will last for literally years, especially if you get one of those high-capacity lithium ones. Surprisingly, it's not bad for gaming either - I've used far worse mice. It doesn't come with a full-featured software suite like you'd find with a typical gaming mouse, but it more than does the job.

    Just grabbed an m65 on sale. Figured it's aluminum construction would hold up okay. Although. It is certainly not compact.

    I found the M65 to be was too wide and heavy (even with the weights removed) to be comfortable for me during extended gaming sessions. I just sold it this week in favor of the Corsair Sabre RGB, which I like a whole lot more.

    Seems a little big for travel, but the Sabre is otherwise a great mouse. I'm using one at home right now.

    I think the Sabre is one of the smaller "full-size" gaming mice out there. It feels smaller to me at least than a DeathAdder or similarly styled Logitech. I have one of the larger Everki laptop bags, so bringing it wouldn't be a big deal. However, to avoid it being damaged, I would actually travel with the 2013 Razer Orochi I use on my desk at work.

    I wish Corsair would make an Orochi alternative, as well as a decent wireless mouse like the Logitech G602 or G900.

    They seem fairly committed to wires tbh but it doesn't bother me that much. I don't think I've come up against limited cord length at least.
