So I'm considering getting a turtle beach headset that works on both my Xbox 360 and PC. I'm wondering if you smart fellas(and ladies) think it's worth it.

I'm thinking maybe the DX11 or the MW3 special edition Charlie.

Worth it, waste of money, alternatives?

    7.1 and 5.1 Surround respectively.

The Charlie seems to have a sturdier microphone arm, the DX11 has a powered amp with optical input. I'm not really a fanboy so I don't care about/mind the game branding...

The nice thing about the DX11 is I can just get a refurbished X11 and the amp(DSS) for 30 or 40 bucks less if needed(cheaper is sometimes better.)
