Looking for a USB 2.0 hub that will not suffer from a loss of voltage nor loss of data speed when reading/writing on a USB drive.

I am not sure what you mean. Either of those would imply a poor product and there are plenty of good USB hubs out there. I have been using Belkin for several years now. This one to be specific.

    1. Sometimes when you plug a USB drive through a hub a takes much more time to keep files than it would take if plugged directly to the PC.
    2. Kind of the same with charging a cellphone through the hub, it takes much more time.

Never experienced either of those issues that weren't otherwise caused by a defective hub.

Do you have other devices connected to the hub, if you do, they share the power and bandwidth, so obviously, transfers will be slower and devices will charge more slowly. If that's not the case, then as the others said, your hub is simply faulty.
