I'm looking for USB 3.0 express card does anyone know any good brands and can you give some link?
I was searching for it but then I saw some of them need a power adapter or does every USB 3.0 Express Card need it?

The ExpressCard slot in your computer has USB pins but for only one USB at a time, so if you get a USB ExpressCard that has more than one USB port then you have to provide external power source to it, unless you intend to use one USB port at a time, but with simultaneous use of two or more ports external power is certainly needed.

Those links are both for flush adapters that doesn't stick out of your machine :)

Can these ExpressCards really use usb 3.0 devices to their full potential? Let's say I have a USB 3.0 flash drive (I wish) would it be as fast as it would be on a regular usb 3.0 port? If there's a loss of speed or performance, how much is it usually? Thanks.

No because the limiting factor is the Expresscard interface itself. That said, it's still a vast improvement over USB 2.0.

I got a flush, single port one off ebay. Using a 3.5" Samsung Spinpoint F4 in a USB 3.0 enclosure, I'm getting a steady 110 MB/s write on large files. Loving it.
