Has anyone purchased a USB 3.0 thumb drive yet ? Any reviews you like to share ?
Corsair is coming out soon with the below listed one. Patriot SuperSonic is out now, but pricy.

At these prices wouldn't it make more sense to buy a real 64GB SSD like Crucial M4 or C300 at $129 and an esata enclosure?
Well I guess for portability, sure. But definitely not worth at these prices -

Seems like the supertalent is the way to go for now. -
I'm staying with a Spinner drive for the time being. Too many loops one has to go through if one reformats and reinstalls. Too darn lazy and really not needed. Also waiting for the prices and tech to mature more.
Thank you d2tbydt2 for the link. -
The overall conclusion is a bit of urgent advice from us: do not purchase USB 3.0 flash drives without reliable test data in your hands. The probability that the SuperSpeed USB logo is being used to sell a technically inadequate product at a premium price is simply too high.
With that in mind, I'll stick with the couple of USB 2.0 SanDisk Cruzer Titanium drives I have; no cap needed, and the aluminum casings are nice and durable. -
Wow. They are so pricy!

I would keep waiting until products mature and more reviews come out. As the above link shows, performance varies a lot and while the theoretical benefits of USB 3.0 are great, most flash drives have yet to take advantage of this.

I am really interested in Lacie's Fastkey. I have been searching for the 120gb version for over a month. I have read really good reviews about it. It is really expensive tho (around $450 for 120gigs). I am still waiting for any company to have it in stock.

I have the 32GB SuperSonic from Patriot
Going to do a review of it here in the next couple of weeks.
So far its giving faster than rated speeds, its available rather cheap (nice rebate on newegg right now) and has a super outstanding 5 year warranty. -
I bought Adata 32GB for $50 and I'm satisfied. Not the fastest but fast enough for me and the build quality is top notch.
