Does anyone make a sleeve or carrying case for the slim usb dvd drives? I've searched around and haven't found one.

I have a feeling no-one would...
Its not something people will normally protect - so if the manufacturer doesn't make one...
Your could ask your girlfriend/wife to knit a sleeve for it though -
One of the things you *could* do if you can't find a case is to get something like this:
http://www.caselogic.com/24_capacity_nylon_cd_dvd_wallet/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=87967
Then take out all the CD holders, and line it with foam or cloth (or even use it as is after taking out the holders, if the drive doesn't rattle around too much inside). Or if you need to carry CD/DVD's too, I guess you could cut away some of the holders and leave some intact. -
U can try http://www.builtny.com/gadgets-hard-drives/hoodie-portable-hard-drive-case.html. Love built NY

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm very surprised that there isn't a real case for them as they seem fairly fragile. I'm flabbergasted that there isn't one on ebay. As for the Built cases, I'm very doubtful it would fit as they are made so specific to the device and have very little stretch. I shoulda kept the cardboard the drive came in.
