I have a cheap Targus Laser USB Mouse with a Dell D630. I'm having some issues with it and Vista. Sometimes the system loads and the mouse pointer doesn't work. It only works with the touchpad. So I have to unplug and plug the mouse again to make it work. Seems that the system it's not recognizing the USB mouse at startup. What is happening?

Thanks, but I don't know if I should install this patch because it is for Thinkpad Notebooks and mine is a Dell.
