Looking to purchase a USB headset that I can use with my Mac, which runs OS X and Windows. I plan to use it for games, occasional VoIP chat, and recording videos with Screenflow (a Fraps-esque program for Mac). Nothing professional grade, but I'd like it to sound halfway decent. USB is also a must because of the way OS X handles audio input - the 3.5mm input jack on my MacBook Pro doesn't work with standard headsets.

The headset has to be over-the-ear/circumaural, and my budget is $100, though I'm willing to push it for better quality.

Check out the Plantronics Blackwire line. I have used them on both PC's and Mac's.
