I am looking for USB powered DVD burner. I found one on ebay, but I want to ask you, if any of you know any PC manufacturer who makes this. Everything I found is powered with separate AC adapter. Does any of you know?

There's the Samsung SE-T084L. It's a neat slot loader with both Lightscribe and 8cm disc support. It runs at full speed with an small external PSU and half speed (4x DVD, 12x CD) when powered through USB.

There's also the LG GSA-E50L and GSA-E50N. This site indicates that is has an AC-adaptor for high speed, so maybe it is like the Samsung and runs at reduced speed on USB power.

    Komplett serves many European countries.
