    Question.

Why do companies make USB sticks and other USB peripherals so huge?

Okay, so on both laptops and desktops, ODMs like to put USBs either in a row, or stacked. In both cases, especially on thin laptops, this means that when you stick in your USB stick that for some reason is an extra inch thick in all directions, you're either effectively blocking up to 3 other USB ports, or even raising the laptop off the table slightly....

It's understandable from the ODM point of view - limited space, most efficient way to make use of it. USB stick companies should know better though!

That why i use a USB hub. Its more convient since my usb ports are in the back and they come in all sizes and shapes. Also depending on how many usb decives you have it might be a good idea to get one(plus i have to since 2/3 are broken or "flaky" due to numerous drops ;)
