    not sure if these are practical but i'm aiming for um... unique

    This red one looks pretty cool at 50 dollars...
    19 3/4" x 15 x 5 3/4"

    it's also protected. You could always just buy a hardcase like that and custom do eggcrate foam. Good luck at airport security, looks like something from Hitman. :D

    I wonder if i could fit a gamecube in there for travel...

    i like it! just not the price tag on that one >.<
    I'm going for a budget of around 50 on mine.

    I think putting sling bags and backpacks are out! strong briefcases are back in =D

    Yeah, but the thing about a case like the one I previously posted, is that For around $100 then it'll protect your laptop. You could drop that thing with your laptop in it and it wouldn't damage it as much as a cloth case.

    Yeah, thats why I searched for an aluminum case in the first place. light weight, very strong, and looks good.
    You could even get a pair of hand cuffs and cuff it to your wrist.. lol.. make it look like its worth a million $$

    for my 17", although the price is pretty scary, I know I fainted when I saw the price tag, but made the plunge when I came to. It is of very high quality, very slick looking, and not too showy.

    I like that bag's looks. It looks like a prada, or Louis voutton or something kind of bag. But then again it is **** near the cost of that stuff.
