I bought a universal laptop charger a couple of days back and it has now exploded on meThen a friend told me to check the power i need on the back of my laptop. It says 19v and 3.16A i think max. The universal charger i had used a cable of 10A. But i could change the volt to 19V. Now i'm wondering what should i do.
Should i buy my original samsung charger for around 40-50 or should i get the universal charger for just 20 ? Couldn't i just get a cable that is 3A and use it with the universal charger ?
Btw, the universal charger is called Meind i think.
Thanks for the help![]()

I personally stay away from 3rd party charger. It is just hit and miss - more miss than hit.

I'm gonna agree on that one unless you have proof that someone has the charger working for the laptop that you have. "Better safe than sorry"
