Just bought a logitech G5 on ebay for what seemed like a great price, something like $25, and it just arrived today. It took me a couple minutes to realize that while it's in excellent shape and works, for some reason the right mouse button requires a very, very firm press to register a button click. Just clicking like normal does nothing. I literally have to push down with my whole hand on that side of the mouse to get anything to happen. Is there something I can do or change software-wise to fix this, or is it a physical issue with the mouse? If so, can I have logitech repair/replace it even though I have no receipt and bought it used?

Sounds like a hardware issues. Logitech mice need no additional drivers to work properly.

Definately a hardware problem. If you're game enough, find a disassemble guide for it and open her up to find the problem. Coming from Mr. Handy Man =)
