    Hello everyone,

Yesterday i got my Sager Np2090 in the mail which has been an awesome machine. Before i go it i thought about which accessories i would need for school and a wireless mouse initially came to mind. I never really liked the USB external " Dongle" that is included with wireless mouses. Since my Sager was equiped with bluetooth, i decided to look at bluetooth mouses.

The first Item that comes up on www.newegg.com Under Bluetooth mouse is the Logitech V270. After reading a few reviews and looking at the pictured i dedided to take the plundge. 6 Days after ordering from newegg and $40 later,it arrives at my door ( today).

My initial thoughts upon opening the package was that the unit itself was small. About the size of an average mans Palm, the Mouse was very Light and numble.

    The Included items are
    - Bluetooth mouse
    - Neopreme Case for the Mouse
-Duracel AA Batteries ( nice add in)
    - Step by Step Instructions

Connecting the Mouse to the Computer was about as easy as A couple clicks and a push of the " Reset" Button located on the mouse. After it was connected i gave it a few clicks and swipes and Immediatly noticed how fast it was. At 1000 DPI it is a quick little Unit. I used it in Battlefield 2142 and noticed little lag. I doupt i would want to use it in a Knife server but in regular game play it responded well and Never dropped out.

There have been reports of Lagg in the mouse after standing by for a few minutes yet i have not noticed anything like that. It might just be me, but as far as i have witnessed there really havent been any dropouts.

Another nice quality about this mouse is that it works on almst surface and Glides well. Im currently using it on my wooden bed side counter, and it has no roblems " hooking" on the wood.

Anyways thats my Mini Review of this Great Mouse

    Pros:
    • Small Size
    • Easy Connectivity
    • Solid Signal
    • Smooth to Use
    • Came with battery's :)

    Cons:
    • Somewhat Pricey, but justifyable
    • A bit small for my Larger Hands

    Noteworthy:
To use this mouse your computer Needs to have Bluetooth

Thanks for posting your thoughts on this Onimun :) I'm also thinking of getting a BT mouse, but haven't quiet decided to take the plunge yet. However it's good to know that the v270 is a good option.

well for those in Canada you can get a refurbed version from Canada computers for 20 bucks (tax included).. I just got mine yesterday and I think it's great. I tried it on CS and noticed slight lag when I try to fire but otherwise the mouse is fairly smooth. I wouldn't say its a gaming mouse, but it'll provide me with enough power to game a little and do my school work. For a BT mouse, it's definately a good buy.

I have one for my Asus R1f (which wont work now cause the repiar company smashed my onboard bluetooth adapter). I really didnt like the amount of lag it peoduced. It kinda felt a little bit drunk when used for precise movement. I set my mouse sensitivity to the highest and if you feel your gonna do the same or close to it i'd recommend going for the Logitech VX Nano which I recently had the pleasure to test out. More expensive and you lose a usb port but the difference in response and comfort (for me at least) was remarkable, and you get much better functionality. Just gotta wait for the delivery now.
