I'm going to have a cart with wheels I can roll into my bathroom that can suspend a monitor above the bathtub so I can watch stuff while in the bathtub. There is a practical reason I am doing this and if you google matters of size forum and kneehowguys you can find the reason.
I imagine unless you guys can think of a more elegant solution that I will want a water resistant laptop on the cart connected to a water resistant monitor that is suspended in the air with a washable wireless keyboard and mouse. Also an area to rest my arm to control the mouse.
I've been shopping around for water resistant monitors and they all seem to break the bank. I don't need a ton of a water proof per se just I don't want to die if in the worst case scenario something fails and monitor falls onto my lap in the bathtub. It also needs to be small enough to be able to not tip over a cart and be large enough to be enjoyable and be at least 1080p.
The ones I have found look very heavy, low resolution, and expensive

Are there some cheaper alternatives that are safe? Like what if I put an asus in some sort of see through plastic contraption will that do? What can I do to add extra safety features and where would you start ify ou were me?
If I need to build some small things, I will.
Or maybe see through monitor covers that are waterproof or a waterproof see through plastic box that can somehow still let a cord through and be able to open it?
There shouldn't be much steam in the air but there will be some.
What about the device itself? I heard fuji's laptops and tablets are pretty waterproof but I was wondering if there was anything less expensive than a fuji q584 for a water resistant laptop. Laptop is preferable to tablet because it is easier to surf the web for those kind of videos

Electrics and bathrooms are never a good mix due to the risk of electrocution, especially if to be operated by someone in a bathtub.
The only installation I would consider using would be a battery powered keyboard with integrated touchpad (someone might make a water resistant version) working via bluetooth to a large tablet, also running on battery.
