I want to buy a SwissGear back pack for my nephew, who is going to college. He has a Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop with the dimensions: 1 1/2"H x 14 3/16"W x 10 1/2"D. I' ve seen the Maxxum,Sahara,Synergy on the internet. I wanted to get your opinions on which one is best. Thanks for any and all help.

    Regards,
    Al

I'm sitting next to it right now, and I can't recall the name. I have a Synergy (I believe), and I love it. It's great for carrying my 14" notebook, but it also held a 15.4 very easily. Anything beyond that might be a stretch though. It has lots of pockets that I fill with expensive electronics. :) I've used it for a year; it's comfortable and is holding up extremely well.

Thanks for the input ttupa. We are going to look at all three and compare. I'm glad your real happy with yours and I know my nephew won't have any complaints.

    Thanks Again,
    Al

I just bought the Synergy and the Maxxum. I will compare the two and let you know what I decided. At first glance It looks like I can't go wrong either way.
