I own a HP DV8320 and I want to watch some streaming videos from the internet on my tv.

Do I have a built in TV tuner Card?
How do I activate an extra monitor (the TV)
What kind of hookups (accessories) do I need?

Depends on your TV and your Laptop.

Just match one of the outputs of your laptop to one of the inputs of your TV.

In most cases VGA or HDMI for newer TV's and Laptops.
