I'm going to buy an Asus V2s.

I'm really confused about whether I need a TV-Tuner, or just an output port and a cord.

I bet I could find a bluetooth controller somewhere in wal-mart..

I'll probably need a notebook cooler as well..

Well.. the other question is, are the outputs to the TV delayed like the TV tuners?

    Thanks.

all you need is an emulator that supports usb controllers for your computer any usb controller you like and a video out on your computer to output to the TV. Put the Emulator in full screen and away you go

I do this all the time on my HEL-80. I use the S-video out on the back to connect to the TV for video and a 8mm headphone jack to red/white stereo phono cables cord thing (3$ at radioshack) so the sound can come out of the TV. Then all ya need is a gamepad ($20 at walmart - I've had good experiences with saitek) and your good to go. Just make sure the gamepad has enough buttons for the system your trying to emulate. N64 has 9 buttons, a d-pad and analog stick, so you may be pressed to find a cheap one with that many buttons, but for other systems you should be fine.

Or if you have an xbox 360 buy the wireless receiver and you can play up to 4 players :)
