Don't want much do IThe setup will be pluged in to
a Kensington Laptop Doc 2, with port replicator. The laptop is a Dell XPS gen 2 with Windows Mediacenter Edition. I plan on getting the mediakeyboard/remote, but need a TV Tuner and IR kit that is MCE certified, as the keyboard does not have one. So what are the options for a usb2 digital TV tuner, that is MCE certified? Also I live in the US, so the digital has to be comaptible with the curent/future US standards. Saw an interesting Haupag! (sp I can never spell it right) usb2 kit but it was a European model, and the US ones don't mention digital. Some of the cards do but not the USB2.![]()

Don't you need a settop box for digital cable?

There are cards that support HDTV signal regardless of its source (been considering over the air options , but none of the USB options even mention it. Point is I dont want to be buying equipment twice.
What is the best MCE certified USB2 TV Tunner? It should also support digital cable.
