    What is your middle mouse button programmed for?

    For those that have it.

    Mine is "back" (to the previous page) for my internet browser.

    I can't imagine programming it for anything else or even not having one.

    I have a G9, there are several different profiles I have on it. I'm usually on either my "work" or "play" profiles though. For the work profile it's a scroll. For the play it's the start/stop for my music.

    Middle click does vista special window scrolling thanks to the microsoft mouse software.

    Default. My mice both have forward/back buttons, so I don't need that. I think it might do an application switch feature on one of my mice, don't remember because I don't use it.

    mines on default also, i just use the side buttons for back/forth. in games it's always my grenade button, except for crysis where it's the suit mode menu thing.

    my middle mouse is always for vent. or scrolling.
    i have another wheel off to the side by thumb for zooming,
    2 buttons for back/forth,
    and another on the top for music. >=(

    Default. Opening and closing tabs, scrolling...I dont program any of my buttons in CS:S either. Except for my deathadder's large side button for the voice function.

    well the synaptic touch pad didn't have a middle button .. so i had to program the left mouse button on it to be middle button .. :D then i use it to open new tabs in ff and chrome

    I have an MX Revolution, so not only do I already have a back button, but I can change what the clickwheel button does depending on what App I have open.

    It's different for every game I play, but when browsing the net, use it as a "close tab" button.
