For those that have it.
Mine is "back" (to the previous page) for my internet browser.
I can't imagine programming it for anything else or even not having one.

I have a G9, there are several different profiles I have on it. I'm usually on either my "work" or "play" profiles though. For the work profile it's a scroll. For the play it's the start/stop for my music.

Default. My mice both have forward/back buttons, so I don't need that. I think it might do an application switch feature on one of my mice, don't remember because I don't use it.

I have an MX Revolution, so not only do I already have a back button, but I can change what the clickwheel button does depending on what App I have open.
It's different for every game I play, but when browsing the net, use it as a "close tab" button.
What is your middle mouse button programmed for?
