I need a new, cheap keyboard for gaming. I currently have a MX5000 wireless bluetooth keyboard. First of all, it's wireless, second of all, it has sticky keys which annoy me a lot.
I like how the G15 feels but i'm not sure what kind of keys it has? It'd be nice to have an ergonomic palm rest too. Do gaming keyboards have rubber keys or something? I'm not sure. I want keys the just slip right with a nice click, unlike my sticky keys.
Basically, one that has nice keys and a wrist rest, and doesn't look that bad. I don't need a G15's macros/extra keys/ lcd/ etc. Also, the price tag is high.
Did my keys just wear out or something? Am I looking too much into gaming keyboards or something? Cause when I tried out the G15's compared to mine, the G15's was smooth.
I was thinking Razer Arctosa, but it's still pricey and I don't require it's macros and media buttons, but the antighosting i do.

I actually just bought a new Saitek Eclipse II for 50$ and it's great for gaming and general use. I really needed something with back lighting because a lot of the time i'm playing/working in the dark. It's worth a try.

I never look at my keyboard, so I don't really need that backlighting.

So... are there any cheap keyboards that are not so clicky like mine.

I wouldn't call it a gaming keyboard per se, but I use the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. I like it (I have carpal tunnel and its comfortable) and its only $40 on newegg. I do, however, use it for gaming and have never had a problem with it. It's even somewhat hackable (the scroll thing in the center by default it used for zoom, its easy to change to scroll)

I'll second the ergo keyboard 4000. A friend of mine has one and it feels really nice.

Third for the ergo keyboard 4000, using one and love it.

I think I saw it at at best buy... not a fan of the ergo keyboard. It's too big.

I suggest actually going to Best Buy to try out some keyboards; all the stores I have been to have had at least 10 - 15 on display.

But extremely good.
I have a Das Keyboard II and I will never go back to a non-mechanical keyboard.
Mechanical keyboards are the polar opposite of what you want though, since they are very loud and clicky.
What keyboard should I buy?
