What makes a display easy to see and read stuff off of it?
I have an HP envy ultrabook 4
My screen sometimes has alot of reflections but usually okay. What makes a display look not reflections?
I heard about things called "matte display covers" or something. Do they make all screens easy to read? Is it still worth it to get a easier to read screen if those covers exist and how much do they matter?
What do I look for in a laptop screen to make it so I can always see the screen well?

Moved to a more appropriate section.
Anyways, the answer to readability can be interpreted in multiple ways, backlighting under high elvels of lightning, glare, etc.
Given that you are referring to glare, a matte display protector will effectively reduce glare a lot, but the colors will likely seem less vivid. How much depends on how aggressive the display protector you get is with the anti glare coating. Note that I am not certain that you will be able to find a display protector for a lcd that doesn't have a layer of glass on top of it like tablets and smartphones have.
Desktop monitors are usually anti-glare so that should give you an idea of what to expect. -

A display with a bright backlight and good contrast and excellent viewing angles will reduce the effect of reflections etc. There's a lot of variability in what is available.
An anti-glare coating is the best way to reduce the reflections. These photos (courtesy of member Huberth) with a Samsung NP930X5J (glossy display with good contrast and viewing angles) on the left and Samsung NP900X4C (matte display with average contrast and viewing angles) illustrate the difference.
