I am considering buying a new mice. I thought i might buy a mice from razer but i can't choose between the Lachesis OR the Deathadder OR the Copperhead. I propably would choose either Lachesis or Copperhead because i need it to have onboard memory for the quick buttons. So pleaze choose one for me. I am wellcome to any other options.

I've had my copperhead since they were released. I still love it.

The only problem with it is of my own doing; I didn't use a mouse pad for a long time, so the teflon feet are rather rough now.

I would suggest you go to a best buy and see if they have any for display. I have heard ALOT that people are unhappy with its size, I have a diamondback and love it myself. I have almost worn off all the grip material off the buttons of mine leaving it shiney.

I have a DA on its way for my notebook and its great as well, I guess I have medium sized hands, because it fits perfectly.

That being said, the thumb buttons are GREAT! So I would say DA.

Okay listen.. .this is very important.. There are two types of mouse based on Grip .. one is Claw Style & other is Palm Style..

    Palm Style:
    DeathAdder, Lachesis.

    Claw Style:
    Copperhead, Krait.

If u have Big Palms DONT buy Claw Style. Claw Style is for those who control mouse with forefinger & Middle finger only. Claw Style mouse have very small Butt so you can't rest your palm on it.. they are moved with only two fingers positioned like a CLAW ....very straining otherwise but ONLY for Gaming

Palm style is for those who use mouse for lot of purposes .. all mouse in the market are basically Palm style. This mouse are Fat & have Big Butt i.e where u rest your entire palm.

Lachesis is designed in such a way that it is a combination of Claw + Palm style.

BUT lachesis is very expensive, Very HIGH 4000 DPI (unecessary unless u play on 32" monitor or greater)

So i have voted for Deathadder.. And i also own a DeathAdder.

I have to disagree with this.. It may be straining and only for gaming in your opinion. And there's some wrist movement involved too.. I claw my diamondback 3g and use it all the time for a reason. This is all the user's opinion, they should be tried in a store before buying..

I agree. :) I have a older diamondback...had a MX510 before, the diamondback actually changed my grip style (also because of my gel wrist pad :p) lol! I find it comfortable to use for everyday tasks...

if you are talking about the razer mamba....that thing wont be out for a long time.

i recommend the deathadder. a lot of people highly recommend this mouse. i also have a deathadder and the mouse is very good.

you should not get a lachesis because people have alot of problems with the software for the lachesis. alot of people say the mouse is unusable.

you should research and razer blueprints. there are alot of people that discuss the pros and cons of the mouse

I've been using the Razer Diamandback for about a year now with no complaints. The feet are worn pretty bad, so it might be time for a new one though.

I've got a copperhead and it's excellent. I understand that the death adder has better performance but I like the ambidextrous "claw" grip of the copperhead and the extra buttons are useful.

Ultra polling at 1000Hz means the frequency at which your USB port transfers the information. its Very Fast & gives you a response time of less than 1 ms.. its REALTIME.

Normal mouse has only 125Hz which is around 8 Ms.. too slow for competitions.

You can apply USB hacks & get 1000Hz for any USB port but DeathAdder does it without hacks & USB hacks are banned in tournaments.
