I want to get a good laptop lock to protect it from thief. Can anyone please recommend a good laptop lock? What is better key or combination?

Also can some one please explain the difference between these two locks:

Both of the locks above connect to the security slot on the notebook. I came across another lock that has a different approach

The MobileEdge SecuriCable – Which connects to the VGA port.

Do you think this would be more secure? Does anyone here have this lock or know where I can find reviews?

Both the Kensington locks seem to be combination ones, it is just that the second one is retractable into a holder.

I have the MicroSaver combination one myself, it is a very good lock, but I rarely use it.

I am not so sure about the VGA port one. Haven't heard anything good about it yet.
